Many talent acquisition teams often don’t have the credibility they want and, as a result, frequently don’t have a seat at the table of influence within corporate America. Whether it’s talent recruitment, promoting the company, being the faceplate of the firm during candidate interviews or utilizing social media, the talent acquisition staff members often fall short. They need to be leading core parts of the organization that really want a proactive recruitment team that’s moving at a fast, innovative pace to help drive the business instead of reacting to it.During this presentation the following topics will be addressed:

He also held the role of Chief Operating Officer for STATS Inc, the nation’s leading sports data and analytics company that delivers real-time content to major TV, fantasy sports games and professional sports teams. STATS Inc was also the driving force behind the book and movie, Moneyball, which starred Brad Pitt. Marty’s career is highlighted by over 25 years of international experience and five years of overseas expatriate assignments that included a position working in Tokyo for Dentsu Inc., the world’s largest advertising agency, where his award-winning writing regularly appeared in Time, Newsweek, Business Week and Fortune magazines.
